Lane Henderson jumpstarts teams and individuals to peak performance! She brings her passion, enthusiasm, humor and 24 years of sales and training experience to her workshops, coaching and customized retreats. Her training is described as applicable and results-oriented as she works closely with teams to improve productivity, create vision, raise morale, lower turnover and stress, and assemble a team of long-term peak performers. She enjoys speaking at local events and has led training sessions at national conferences. Lane is a licensed Path Elements Profile (PEP™) trainer and Professional Path Coach.

 

A native of North Carolina, Lane graduated with a business degree from UNC-Chapel Hill, and enjoyed more than 20 years in advertising sales, training and management before launching her business coaching teams and individuals to peak performance. She is active in the Georgia Coaches Association, Cobb Chamber of Commerce, Business Networking International and the Career Transitions Ministry through her church.
